AddressApex Holding Aus Pty Ltd is looking for full-time contract administrator to join our group.
Successful applicant is expected to deliver the following job duties:
- Preparing contracts for sales and purchases
- Creating and managing a contracts strategy
- Generating reports on the current status of existing agreements
- Negotiating contract terms, conditions and pricing and following to ensure
- execution according to the negotiated terms
- Creating standardised language for new contracts
- Analysing and report on specific risks associated with contracts.
Salary: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year + superannuation
Skills and Experience:
- At least bachelor degree or above qualification in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Good communication skills
- Attention to details
- Multitasking skills
