About the Role:
As a Contract Compliance Manager, you will oversee compliance and adherence to contractual obligations within the DET Victoria contract. Your expertise and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the company's reputation and optimizing contractual outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing contracts to identify critical compliance requirements and monitoring ongoing adherence.
- Managing a team of Contact Centre Administration Support.
- Overseeing specialist subcontractors to ensure their compliance with the contract.
- Managing and reporting on the contractual and internal compliance framework.
- Handling the accounting system and monthly invoices.
- Delivering all contract reports, analysis, and contract plans.
- Maintaining the asset and chemical register.
- Ensuring all formal requests are present and accountable.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Contract Compliance Manager or in a similar compliance-focused role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify compliance gaps and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a meticulous approach to contract review and monitoring.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using contract management software or other relevant tools.
