We are now recruiting for a Contract Packaging Coordinatorto join our ANZ CO Pack team. As a Co Pack Coordinator at Accolade Wines you will assist in developing and delivering the core Co Pack targets for the business, ensuring to serve all immediate and long-term business goals.

Your role will be diverse and play an integral support function for the Co Pack team as we build and grow the Contract Packaging business at Accolade Wines to the next level. Responsibilities will include supporting the Co Pack Manager ANZ to manage the current portfolio of products and customers, support the cross functional project management of new products, invoice management and reconciliation reporting, development of sales support tools as well as general day-to-day operational task management.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  1. External Customer Management: Supporting the Co Pack Manager ANZ to manage our portfolio of external customers and their products.
  2. New Product Development: Assist the cross functional project teams to set up new products ready for production, liaising with Product Management team, Winemakers, Berri Production and Finance all the way through to the customer.
  3. Invoice Management: Responsible for raising all invoices for external customers as well as monthly reconciliation reporting, working with internal Berri Operations and Planning teams, Customer Service and Finance.
  4. Sales Support Materials: Creation of new external sales materials and support the growth on the Contract Packaging business into FY25.
  5. Day-to-Day Co Pack Operational Support: Working across all functions Accolade Wines Supply Chain & Operations ANZ to ensure all KPIs and strategic targets are achieved.


What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in working in an Operations or Production based role either in wine, agribusiness or FMCG.
  • Experience in NPD product development, preferably within the wine, beverage industry or agribusiness.
  • Sound financial acumen and proven data entry skills
  • Project coordination experience with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Professionalism and respect for others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in invoice management and financial administration.
  • Graphic design capabilities highly desirable but not critical; Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Computer fluency; Microsoft applications (full suite), experience with JDE (highly advantageous).

Other Requirements

  • AU Driver’s Licence
  • Some travel may be required
