Position Overview:
We are actively seeking skilled and detail-oriented Asset Plant Maintenance Professionals to join our esteemed team on a contractual basis. As integral members of our Asset Management Team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing maintenance plans, optimizing the performance and longevity of the plant assets.

- Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner (FIFO ex Perth) - Pronto
- Fixed Plant Maintenance Scheduler (FIFO ex Perth) - Pronto
- Fixed Plant Mechanical Planner (FIFO ex Perth) - Pronto
- Pronto Maintenance Planner - Master Data, PM and BOM Development
- Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner (FIFO ex Perth) - SAP
- SAP Trainer/Consultant (Perth based)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for plant assets, including equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs
- Collaborate closely with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities
- Analyse asset performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for maintenance optimization
- Engage with cross-functional teams to implement reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Prepare regular reports on asset maintenance activities and KPIs for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Asset Plant Maintenance Planner/Scheduler or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, maintenance planning software (Pronto/SAP), and CMMS systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and equipment specifications
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
