CTS Tyre Recycling is committed to improving the environment through the prevention of tyre waste.
The company is part of the Complete Tyre Solutions group, which has 35 years of experience in the tyre industry and a nationwide branch presence.
CTS Tyre Recycling are constructing a recycling plant that will convert waste tyres into products for use on WA roads, sports turf, industrial matting and more.
As a result, we require the services of a Senior Maintenance Planner for a position starting in September 2023.
THE JOB:
Develop plant maintenance programs and manage workflows.
Manage critical spares and ensure sufficient and correct stock is held onsite to support the equipment.
Forecast maintenance planning on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Review completed service sheets to ensure compliance with manufacturers' maintenance recommendations.
Analyse maintenance data, and recommend improvements and cost savings.

A trade qualification in electrical engineering is essential.
Previous experience working with tyre recycling equipment and machines is essential.
Exposure to Salvadori, and Eldan tyre recycling machines is highly advantageous.
Ability to work autonomously.
ABOUT YOU:
Previous experience planning, implementing and facilitating maintenance and project programs in an operational maintenance environment.
Exposure to the tyre recycling sector, specifically in the mining equipment space.
Maintenance experience with Salvadori, and Eldan tyre recycling machines is highly advantageous.
Ability to provide technical, maintenance and process support across tyre recycling equipment.
A thorough understanding of preventative maintenance principles.
Proven skills in maintenance, budgeting, and reporting.
Strong time management and flexible approach to multitasking.
Self-sufficient and able to take the initiative where required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Trade Qualification in Electrical Engineering would be highly regarded.
Salary $100k - $110k + super (depending on experience)
