Ventia is currently seeking an enthusiasticContract Support Coordinator to provide support to the Procurement and Vendor Management Team for all general workspace facilities management and procurement matters. The successful candidate will positively contribute to driving a culture of delivering customer and shareholder value.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. The position offers $70,000 - $75,000 TFR.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist in the end-to-end management of the subcontractor lifecycle in line with Ventia’s subcontractor management policies and procedures.
- Assist in end-to-end procurement processes under the direction of the Procurement Manager
- Contributing to the overall management of Rapid Global compliance.
- Undertake financial analysis related to procurement and other adhoc reporting.
- Respond to internal/external contractor management related queries within 48 hours of receipt.
- Managing action items raised during subcontractor meetings, ensuring compliance within 30 days of raising.
- Contribute towards the management of the Procurement and Subcontractor Management online tracking systems and registers.
- Contribute to managing the Procurement and Subcontractor Management Team email inboxes.
- Aligning Ventia Property's core value strategy to ensure the highest standards of professional conduct, transparency, accountability, and trust are delivered.
- Guaranteeing 100% commitment to protecting sensitive information and ensuring all services adhere to security, compliance, legislative requirements.
About You:
- Proven experience in an Administration environment or experience within Systems Support role highly valued.
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in Procurement or Contract Management desirable
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of SAP, or Rapid Global Contract Management System highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a small team.
- Time / Work management skills – planning and organising.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
To be eligible you must hold or be able to obtain AGSVA Baseline Security clearance.
