One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage a Program Management Support Officer to work as part of a highly motivated team. The successful Program Management Support Officer will be working part of multiple agile delivery teams to deliver multiple projects. The successful Program Management Support Officer will be offered an initial 6 month contract with 2 x 12 month extension options.
The successful Program Management Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Supporting design and procurement processes
- Overseeing program risks and ensuring monitoring and evaluation
- Supporting effective relationship management with the Lead Contractor
- Coordinating internal and inter-agency advisory meetings and consultations
The successful Program Management Support Officer will have experience in the following:
- Have demonstrated Program Management experience
- Have experience with procurement, contract and risk management processes
- Prior experience working on infrastructure or telecommunications
- Be capable of developing and managing complex relationships with stakeholders
