Inscope Training is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated White Card Trainer and Assessor to deliver our white card course through video conferencing or face-to-face classrooms in QLD and potentially N.S.W.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate that they have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, VET experience and the ability to operate video-conferencing applications or ability to learn these skills quickly.
The successful applicant will be working on a contract basis with the option of flexible working arrangements.
Job Role (will include, but is not limited to)
- Ensuring a high level of customer service to students/clients via all means of communication (be it verbal or written).
- Build relationships with students/clients as well as the Inscope team.
Key Selection Criteria
- Hold relevant TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Hold a current CPCCWHS1001 - Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card or equivalent) or be willing to acquire one
- Completed CPCCWHS2001 - Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry (White Card or equivalent) or be willing to complete training to a Competency Achieved level.
- Experience delivering Vocational Education and Training
- Knowledge of RTO system preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to plan and organise training, set priorities, and meet deadlines (keeping classes on time and marking assessments in a timely manner)
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with students/clients and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate they can work both individually and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills or the ability to acquire them.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures for online data bases (both internal and external)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Lives in New South Wales
