The Opportunity
we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
As a Contract Administrator at this company, you will play a key role in managing contracts and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and administering contracts for construction projects, including reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contract terms and conditions
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to contract specifications
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Handling contract modifications and change orders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
- Assisting in the preparation of project estimates and budgets
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 years demonstrated experience in contract administration
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
