- Job Description:
- Serve as the single point of contact for system management (Contract, Procurement, Disclosures) for all commercial and contract services.
- Establish and renew all Goods and Services contracts.
- Administer and manage contracts on an ongoing basis.
- Act as the point of contact for Vendors on contractual matters.
- Provide guidance on contract matters.
- Monitor compliance by company Vendors with contractual performance reporting and address any related ongoing issues.
- Maintain contracts information centrally for organisational purposes.
- Manage Vendors to ensure contractual compliance consistent with existing Health Share and eHealth procurement practices/processes.
