Contracts & Shires Administrator - Residential - $60k-$75k + super

One of Perth's multi-award-winning Residential Home Builders is seeking an experienced Shire Liaison Consultant to join their growing operations team.
The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for an exceptional driven individual who is approachable, caring, and possesses a professional personality. The right candidate will have experience in Shires and Contracts and or experience within a similar role working for a residential builder.

• Completing Building contracts and permits
• Managing all matters related to approvals (shire/developers/water authority)

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1+ years of relevant residential industry experience
• Experience in Shires, Maintenance, Contracts and or Client liaison
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
