The Company:One of Perth's multi-award-winning Residential Home Builders is seeking an experienced Shire Liaison Consultant to join their growing operations team.

The Opportunity:Our client is looking for an exceptional driven individual who is approachable, caring, and possesses a professional personality. The right candidate will have experience in Shires and Contracts and or experience within a similar role working for a residential builder.
Completing Building contracts and permits
Managing all matters related to approvals (shire/developers/water authority)
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1+ years of relevant residential industry experience
Experience in Shires, Maintenance, Contracts and or Client liaison
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
