The team are responsible for the consultation, design, build and operation of Group-wide Security and Identity and Access services covering -
- User Access Review, Segregation of Duty and Role management controls
- Password Management, Single Sign On and Multifactor Authentication controls
- Privileged Access Management and Identity Lifecycle controls
- Security design and governance controls
Your impact and contribution
As a member of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, the Privileged AccessControl Analyst is responsible for supporting the design and operating effectiveness of Privileged Access Management controls.
The Control Analyst is responsible and will be accountable for the following:
- Working with the Privileged Access Management (PAM) Control Manager, Business Information Security Officers and other key stakeholders across the Group to ensure that privileged account discovery activity and associated remediation is performed to meet the control objectives.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of account discovery processes though the use of automation.
- Supporting the regular reporting of important control metrics to key stakeholder and Risk groups.
- Supporting the expansion of control coverage to ensure the controls are implemented across high risk business areas across the core Business Units and subsidiaries.
- Forging strong relationships with business stakeholders, project teams and operational teams so that PAM controls are actively being used in the business to reduce risk; exceptions captured, actioned or risk accepted.
We are interested in people who:
- Have advanced business analysis skills and the ability to elicit business requirements and understand complex business IT processes within a financial institution.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can bring an analytical approach to problem solving and love working as part of a collaborative and high performing team
- Have experience in working with large datasets and are proficient in MS Excel / H2O / Python and other data automation toolsets
- Have a background in infrastructure, directory services & access provisioning
- An understanding or experience in Privileged Access Management is desirable
