About the Role
Seeking expressions of interest for a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to join the company in early 2024 and play a key role in a Power Station Upgrade project, contributing their expertise in Control Systems, power generation, and project management. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in executing successful power generation upgrade and installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Control System Design and Implementation:

• Develop and design Control Systems for power generation facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Implement and commission Control Systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Power Station Upgrade Project Management:

• Lead the Control Systems aspect of the Power Station Upgrade project from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and technicians, to ensure seamless integration of Control Systems.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical expertise in Control Systems Engineering, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare detailed documentation, including system specifications, schematics, and manuals.
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all control system activities.
• Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and safety of Control Systems.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Control Systems design, implementation, and commissioning, with a focus on power generation projects.
• Previous involvement in renewable energy projects
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations related to Control Systems in the power industry.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and programming languages used in Control Systems Engineering.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
