Join Our Team As a CRO Specialist

• Setting up and utilising A/B tests, to optimise user journeys across multiple channels
• Analysing performance data, metrics, and make decisions based on the analysis
• Sharing results and insights to the business to inform business decisions and the overall roadmap
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to understand the end-to-end customer journey and make recommendations regarding website design and user experience.
• Work closely with the Conversion and Insights leads to identify and explore key areas for optimisation

Skills and Experiences We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of CRO experience working across client and/or agency side
• Industry related tertiary qualifications (Digital, Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, etc)
• Hands on experience with one or more testing platforms ideally Adobe Target
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript languages (React Framework)
• Understanding of analytics platforms, ideally Adobe Analytics (Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Clicktale, etc)
• Understanding of how to create compelling and engaging user experiences on the web, with deep knowledge of usability and conversion drivers
