- 1-2 years of CRO experience working across client and/or agency side
- Industry related tertiary qualifications (Digital, Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, etc)
- Hands on experience with one or more testing platforms ideally Adobe Target
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript languages (React Framework)
- Understanding of analytics platforms, ideally Adobe Analytics (Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Clicktale, etc)
- Understanding of how to create compelling and engaging user experiences on the web, with deep knowledge of usability and conversion drivers
