- Setting up and utilising A/B tests, to optimise user journeys across multiple channels
Analysing performance data, metrics, and make decisions based on the analysisSharing results and insights to the business to inform business decisions and the overall roadmapWork collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to understand the end-to-end customer journey and make recommendations regarding website design and user experience.Work closely with the Conversion and Insights leads to identify and explore key areas for optimisationSkills and Experiences We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of CRO experience working across client and/or agency side
Industry related tertiary qualifications (Digital, Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, etc)Hands on experience with one or more testing platforms ideally Adobe TargetUnderstanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript languages (React Framework)Understanding of analytics platforms, ideally Adobe Analytics (Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Clicktale, etc)Understanding of how to create compelling and engaging user experiences on the web, with deep knowledge of usability and conversion drivers
