Job description

We're looking to fill a Conveyancing Assistant position here at Bunbury Settlement Services with the best possible Candidate.

On the job training will be provided pertinent to the Industry, we do ask that you have a minimum 2 years experience in an Administration Position.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and try to make the settlement process a stress-free and easy experience for our clients.  

Position Description

  • Data entry and file maintenance
  • Document preparation 
  • Following up Contract Conditions
  • Assisting with Client enquiries 
  • Scheduling Client appointments
  • Answering incoming calls and routing them to our Conveyancers
  • General Administration Duties
  • Completing Tasks set by Management as required

The successful candidate will possess the following criteria.

  • Display professionalism at all times, including neat, office-appropriate work attire. 
  • Computer literate with outstanding typing skills
  • High attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Outlook email management 
  • Diary keeping abilities
  • Data Entry with accuracy 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will possess problem solving abilities and show initiative
  • Work well within a team but also autonomously.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

This is a full time role, our office hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
