ASAP Start. 2. Accounts Receivable/Debt Management. East Perth. 3-6 Months possible extension for the right candidate. Start date in 2-3 weeks time. State Government Department. To be considered for the position all candidates must have the below experience and skills:
Previous experience in a Credit Controller or similar role
Reconciliation of accounts / maintenance of ledgers
Processing credit claims
Attending to customer account queries
Filing of invoices and administrative tasks
Entering employee information
Entering and approving timesheets
Downloading timesheets into existing Xero software
Onboarding processes
Great organisational and communication skills
Recent experience in working in a payroll type role (or similar) for state government.
Ability to collect high volume receivables within credit terms
Be able to work autonomously whilst meeting targets
Have a great attitude, with a friendly and warm demeanour with clients
Collection of overdue debts
Reconciliation and maintenance of debtor ledgers
Ensure that collections targets are met to improve cash flow
Adhere to the credit policies and procedures
Your Profile To be successful in this role you should have:-
Desired experience with software Xero & BrightHR
Experience with invoices, credit control and finance is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
HE number and/or Government experience is desirable.
