The opportunity

A day in the life of a Conveyancing Manager will see you interacting with great clients, undertaking challenging and interesting work and when your day is done, you can switch off knowing we value your work-life balance and encourage you to leave your work at work. Your days will be fast-paced but in contrast your downtime will be just that - down. Your wellbeing is important to us, and as such we are looking to discuss flexible working hours and location with the successful candidate.

Your work day will look a lot like this:

You can expect to work individually and with shared support of a great team to achieve outcomes for our clients. This is a busy team, and you can expect manage files end to end, working with up to 40 files at any one time.

How will you do this?

• Undertake the full scope of purchase and sale tasks including negotiation of terms, arrange extensions as required, deal with any issues that may arise out of special conditions, and attend to settlements.

• Use Pexa.

• Liaise with all relevant parties throughout property transactions; conveyancers, financial institutions, real estate agents, brokers, etc

• Management tasks including reporting, supervision and facilitating training as needed.

About you

We are looking for someone who prides themselves on their residential conveyancing knowledge, communication, and problem-solving abilities – that’s why our clients choose us! If the below sounds like you, read on to learn more about why our team love working here:

• 3+ years’ experience conducting conveyancing files.

• Qualified JP / Commissioner of Declarations.

• Knowledge of Stamps Act and relevant legislation.

• TriConvey knowledge or interest in learning new systems.
