As a Conveyancing Officer you will be responsible for managing and administering large numbers of Contracts of Sale, including the management of post settlement conditions.Further responsibilities include:
- Management of sales and acquisition contracts in accordance with DevelopmentWA’s
- Coordinating and administering settlement variations and cancellations
- Preparing and lodging conveyancing documents and undertaking paper and PEXA settlements
- Assisting with administration of new sales contracts and working together in a team environment
- Understanding of land subdivision processes and Landgate functions
- The ability to perform a wide range of conveyancing tasks
- Experience in managing your own portfolio with minimal supervision and knowledge of theConveyancing industry
- Knowledge of the application of relevant legislation
- The ability to understand and interpret Contracts of Sale and DevelopmentWA’s
- Good computer skills and ability to use/learn DevelopmentWA systems and other web-based tools;
- Proficient in using industry applications such as Landgate and PEXA
- Well organised and able to multi-task and manage a high volume of sales contracts
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work
