Due to continued success and planned growth, we are recruiting for an exceptional and driven individual committed to building a rewarding career as a Conveyancing Paralegal OR a Conveyancing Solicitor. The successful candidate will join our Legal Team dealing with all aspects of a residential sale and purchase and will come with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you consider yourself a people-person, then this role is for you!  You will be working in a friendly, highly supervised environment where candidates have a fantastic opportunity to progress your career, unlike many other Firms in our industry., we offer the ability to progress into Team Co-Ordinator, Team Leader and Management Roles, if you are interested in this pathway.

Key Objectives

Following appropriate training, you will be required:

• To be responsible for running files under Supervision
• To follow the Conveyancing Protocol, using company Best Practice.
• To provide exceptional quality of service that is accurate and well informed.
• To proactively engage with clients and provide them with updates and advice.
• To ensure our referrers receive exceptional professional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Following the successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, you will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:

• Review REIQ Contracts and interpret Special Conditions 
• Identify any anomalies on a Title Search 
• Be the first point of contact for customers from instruction to completion 
• Action and comply with all key dates as they fall due
• Following the Ownit Conveyancing policy for Protocol.
• Comply with the Ownit standard for KPI's and SLA's
• Providing regular and relevant referrers updates.
• You will not be required to open files, close files or prepare settlement figures
