Brisbane Law Firm seeking an experienced A – Z Conveyancing Solicitor or Senior Conveyancer who can manage the conduct of their own files unsupervised. If you are serious about your career in Conveyancing and want to join a busy Law Firm, please apply for this full-time position.
About the Role
The successful applicant must have an eye for detail with a professional attitude, be skilled and efficient in their field, proficient in maintaining diaries and deadlines and portray a courteous manner at all times.
About You
- 3 - 5 years of previous property law/conveyancing experience
- The ability to engage, empathise and communicate with clients from all walks of life and in varying life situations
- The knowledge and skills to manage conveyancing files from enquiry to post settlement
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - particularly Outlook and Word
- The ability to learn and adapt to new conveyancing software (easy if you know LEAP, Conveyancing Manager, Matter Centre or Tri-Convey)
- An aptitude for learning and improving business processes
- Extensive knowledge of PEXA
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to multi-task with enthusiasm and energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- NSW conveyancing experience will be an advantage
