North Coast Law is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at our Beerwah office on the Sunshine Coast.
We are an established law firm that has serviced Beerwah and the surrounding Sunshine Coast community for over 30 years. Apply your specialised knowledge and expertise to ensure seamless property transactions and offer outstanding client service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing files, with legal support.
**What we are looking for: **
- 2+ years Queensland conveyancing experience. This position may also suit a Junior Property Lawyer.
- Contract preparation, title searches, and settlement coordination.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Word, Outlook, LEAP Legal Software & PEXA experience.
**About the role: **
Work independently running your own conveyancing files from our Beerwah office, with remote support from our paralegal and administration team.
Customer service: This role includes face-to-face client interactions and some basic house-keeping including taking payments via eftpos, photocopying, scanning and receipting.
Flexible working arrangements: ideally you will be in the Beerwah office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. You can work from home on Wednesday and Friday. Arrangements and hours to be discussed with the successful applicant.
Scale the workload up or down to suit yourself: This is a commission based role. You can market as little or as much as you want – the workload and the reward are entirely up to you.
