We currently have positions for the following roles:
MACHINE OPERATORS
This position is primarily responsible for the operation and care of food packing machinery and for ensuring the integrity of the packaged products they produce and will include:
- Using your mechanical aptitude to run the machines to maximum efficiencies
- Conduct basis troubleshooting
- Perform quality checks
- Complete paperwork
- Maintain food safety policies and procedures
- Ensure product is packed from their production line in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in the packing process
COOK
Duties include the frying and roasting of products, mixing & decanting, heavy lifting, quality control and housekeeping.
PRODUCTION LABOURERS/MIXERS
Duties include decanting and mixing products, quality inspection, lifting and moving heavy items. Must be physically fit and strong as regular heavy lifting is involved (up to 25kg). Potential to develop into a Roasting or Machine Operating role.
PACKERS
Duties include hand packing and packing of product from a production line, assisting machine operators and housekeeping.
