About the role:
Reporting to the QA Coordinator, this role will ensure product quality standards are met and continually improved on to ensure customer requirements are maintained and exceeded. The successful applicant will be working with a dedicated professional Quality team and provide experts advice to the site.
Duties will include:
- Request and cross check documentation for accuracy and consistency
- Assist with Quality documents and system maintenance
- Packaging Artwork Updates providing necessary updated and approved documents
- CoOL (Country of Origin) Annex Creation and Maintenance
- Product Data Sheets - Creation and Maintenance.
A medical and security clearance is a pre-requisite for this position.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualifications in Food Science or related discipline
- Coles FUSION customer database – experience with this is essential
- Experience with the following is highly regarded - Foodworks Database, PDS, PIF AFGC, CoOL Annex
- Have sound knowledge in food safety systems including HACCP, ISO, SQF and GMP
- Strong organizational and personal management skills, with the proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills delivering information with a high level of accuracy
- Current drivers’ license
