Cooks Required (3) AND Cooks (3) (Specialist Indian Ethnic Cuisine) Required
Position is Full – Time permanent (40 hours)
Salary offered: $ 50,000 - $ 65,000.
The ideal candidate of Cook will possess following attributes:
- Checking the quality of food by inspecting it.
- Controlling the heat in grills, ovens, and other kitchen appliances.
- Cooking and preparing food.
- Adding flavour to food while it cooks.
- Dividing it into portions, plating it, and adding sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
- Preserving food in spaces with controlled temperatures.
- Preparing meals in accordance with specific dietary needs.
- May estimate food requirements and create diets.
- May instruct apprentices and additional kitchen workers.
Restaurant Manager Required: (3)
Position is Full – Time permanent (40 hours)
Salary offered: $ 50,000 - $ 70,000.
The ideal candidate of Restaurant Manager will possess following attributes:
• Preparation of menus in meeting with Chefs and Cooks.
• Organizing and arranging special functions.
• Ordering the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
• Keeping track record of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Confirming dining facilities comply with hygienic, clean with acceptable appearance and as per health regulations.
• Talking with customers to evaluate their satisfaction with meals and service.
• Choosing, directing and supervision of kitchen staff, waiters and other staff of the restaurant/café.
• May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders if required.
