Crown has a fantastic opportunity for Cooks and Commis to join our Banquets team!
What you need:
- Experience in high volume banquets kitchen or hotel experience is highly desirable
- Passion for the industry is a must and a continuous thirst for knowledge
- Has the ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining high and consistent standards
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
- You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
