Job DescriptionWhat will you do- Prepare and present food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a la carte, room service, functions and buffet service
- Ensure that mis-en-place is complete in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain food hygiene in accordance with legislative standards
- Follow recipes and brand standards
- Maintain strict stock control procedures
QualificationsWhat you need to be successful- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualified
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding mis-en-place
- Excellent knowledge and practice of food hygiene standards
- Flexible availability to work a range of shifts and days
