- Preparation and delivery of wok style dishes, soups and noodles
- Good knife skills
- Complying with workplace health and safety regulations
Cooks
- Preparation and delivery of pub style menu items
- Ordering and managing stock/waste management
- Complying with workplace health and safety regulations
- Ensure positive and professional communication between FOH and BOH teams
Kitchen Assistants for Production Kitchen
- Preparation and delivery of Grab & Go items including wraps, sandwiches, muffins and much more!
- Follow instructions, recipes and portion control impeccably to maintain consistency and quality control, and adhere to food costings
- Time manage yourself well, as well as multitask to ensure production times are met.
- Complying with workplace health and safety regulations
