About the role:
This specialist role within our Land Access team is pivotal for governing, administrating, and fostering relationships for renewable and cleaner energy projects. Responsibilities include administering Land Access agreements, ensuring timely payments to landholders, conducting due diligence for new projects, and maintaining compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Why this role matters?
- Preparation and administering Land Access agreements and property-related documents to facilitate Development and Construction functions.
- Efficient coordination and administration of Land Access agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and timely communication of key dates.
- Conducting due diligence support across projects and jurisdictions, including searches, investigative works, and compiling reports.
- Facilitation and management of Land Access agreement execution, ensuring adherence to organizational processes and governance requirements.
- Development and implementation of streamlined processes, procedures, and policies to optimize Land Access interactions and remove administrative burdens.
What will you bring?
- Proficiency with energy, resources/mining, or heavy industry sectors, with a minimum of five years of experience.
- Proven track record in managing Land Access agreements and adeptness with Land Access systems and protocols.
- Demonstrated familiarity with SAP or equivalent systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities concurrently.
