Cooper Basin, SA - Intermediate & Advanced Riggers

FIFO Oil & Gas project to the Cooper Region, SA, on a 18/10 roster. Flights from most capital cities, camp accommodation on site. Full-time until end of September 2024.

Downer's Industrial & Energy business are seeking Intermediate & Advanced Riggers to join an exciting Integrated Gas project in the Cooper Basin Region in South Australia. The project scope consists of the construction phase of a Carbon Capture and Storage project, which is the removal of CO2 from the gas production process and sending it back to the depleted wells. Additional scope may include compression facilities works, ad hoc scopes and shutdowns.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Exiting Carbon Capture and Storage Project within a key client contract
• Attractive Base Rate + Penalties + Allowances + Project Completion Payment
• FIFO from most Capital Cities and regional QLD cities, camp accommodation provided on site
• Full Time until end of September 2024
• 18/10 - Working 18 days straight (2 weekends on-site and 2 weekends at home)
• 11hr days
• Multiple Mobilizations

ABOUT YOU

• Experience working on heavy industry FIFO projects, preferably within Oil & Gas
• Hold a High Risk Licence with minimum RI, current Driver's Licence and an industry White Card
• Current Working at Heights and Gas Test Atmospheres (MSMWHS217) tickets (within last two years)
• Experienced in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks
• Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety.
