About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of Organisational Effectiveness, this position is responsible for providing a high level of administration and coordination support for the Organisational Effectiveness function and Vice President Human Resources. The role will be a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and will play a vital role in the coordination of Contract Mining's global leadership capability programs.

Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinating the delivery of global leadership capability programs including scheduling, managing venues, calendars, records of completion and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with reporting which measures the completion and effectiveness of leadership capability programs.
- Assisting with global cyclical projects such as remuneration reviews, succession planning and talent reviews.
- Maintenance and administration support for ‘Contract Mining Perks' a global benefits platform.
- Providing support for the Contract Mining Graduate Program including coordination of the global mentor program, organising events, engagement with graduates and vacation students and supporting program effectiveness.
- Provision of administrative support to the Vice President Human Resources including coordination of people lead team meetings, calendar management and expense management.
- Management of the Organisational Effectiveness mailboxes (managing enquiries and requests).
- Financial management including raising purchase orders & payment of invoices in SAP.
- Provide efficient, and timely support and coordination services for the Organisational Effectiveness area.
Required Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in Organisational Development or Human Resources administration role is highly desirable.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage well under pressure and multitask when required.
- Strong organisation and planning skills with strong adherence to deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced competence in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
- Previous experience using SAP is desirable.
