Our Service
Our Lady of Mt Carmel Parish Outside School Hours Care is an integral part of the Our Lady of Mt Carmel Parish and school community, and has been in operation for the past 20 years. We provide before school care, after school care and vacation care for up to 105 children and work together to support the needs of children, families and staff by providing a safe environment for children to grow. Our session time are 7am till 8:30am and 3pm till 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks
- Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- A strong understanding of Child Care legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place
- Effective computer skills including experience with child care management software (Xplor preferred)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
