- Commencement Salary: $70,476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About the Role
Reporting to the Program Services Manager: Quality and Accreditation, you will work closely with Program Directors and Course Coordinators to manage and coordinate the PebblePad Personal Learning and Assessment system in the unit. This will include coordinating the implementation of the system and acting as the first point of contact for staff, industry partners, external clinical facilitators and students.

Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of courses/modules in the Pebblepad system, ensuring timelines and milestones for implementation are met
- Work with Program Directors and Course Coordinators to provide a consistent approach to the design, development and construction of templates, workbooks and workspaces for specific courses and modules in PebblePad
- Review course documentation related to clinical experience requirements and assessments and develop relevant templates and workbooks in PebblePad
- Develop training and instructional documentation on specific areas within PebblePad such as template development, workbook and workspace development and creating and setting up user accounts
- Assist Program Directors with the implementation/training of staff in clinical venues, face to face and virtually, including the scheduling and organisation of training sessions
Essential Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated previous experience working with an online personal learning platform or eportfolio system, including design, development and system support as well as experience with Microsoft Suite
- Experience in research and analysis and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities within tight timelines
- High level verbal and interpersonal skills including experience in liaising with people at all levels within and external to an organisation
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and a continuous improvement culture
- Demonstrated experience in working both autonomously and as a member of a team
