About the Position
The City of Bayswater has an exciting, new opportunity for a Coordinator Rangers to join the Rangers and Security team. This position will provide professional, specialist advice, direction and leadership to ensure the City maintains effective ranger and parking services that comply with legislative and corporate requirements. This role leads the City’s Ranger and Parking team to support the needs of the community by balancing enforcement with education and awareness to meet the strategic and operational outcomes of the Rangers and Security service unit. The Ranger and Parking team undertake a wide range of tasks and operate 7 days per week, 365 days of the year.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have experience operating at a supervisory level in a statutory and legislative environment and an ability to demonstrate analytical, organisational and time management skills. You will be required to represent the City in legal matters so experience in preparing briefs of evidence and providing evidence to Courts and tribunals is essential. You will also be able to build positive internal and external relationships and successfully plan, develop and implement initiatives, programs and projects relating to ranger and parking services.
Applicants will hold a National Police Clearance and “C” class Drivers Licence. A tertiary qualification in business, leadership, law or relevant discipline will be viewed favourably
