About the Role
Are you ready to take charge and lead a dynamic team to success? We have two exciting opportunities for individuals with exceptional organisational, attention to detail, and communication skills to join our team. As one of our Coordinators, you'll oversee the daily operations of a diverse team working across multiple student administration areas. Your role will involve ensuring smooth operations for our Student Support Specialists team while also contributing to supporting various student administration teams through new tasks. Your experiences will help shape continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing the student experience and fostering collaboration among teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and motivating a team through regular feedback, personal development, upskilling, and individual development plans.
  • Managing a routine Quality Assurance schedule and one-on-one coaching sessions with staff to assess performance, aid goal achievement, ensure ample support, and explore professional growth opportunities.
  • Managing staff allocations, daily task coordination, and supporting the Team Leader in sourcing work from other teams to maintain sustainable workloads and foster professional development opportunities for staff.
Who we are looking for

We're seeking individuals with a proven dedication to quality customer service and the ability to handle pressure with ease. Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal, as you'll be establishing strong relationships within a wide network. Your organisational prowess and attention to detail will be put to good use, as you'll manage workforces and prioritise activities effectively to meet business needs.
You will also have:
  • Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team in a dynamic service delivery environment, including providing individual performance feedback and development opportunities
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to contribute to rethinking business practice in order to improve service delivery outcomes and enhance the student experience
  • Sound computer literacy skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
