This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Copywriter to develop copy for a range of internal and external content requirements including communications, campaigns, product information, and knowledge articles.
About the Role
- Develop communications and knowledge content for a range of purposes, mediums, channels including communications, guides, websites, offerings, presentations, newsletters and other requirements
- Evaluate, source and develop content in responding to ad-hoc and/or urgent communications requests.
- In partnership with subject matter experts, edit and proofread written content to ensure tone of voice, brand guidelines and standards are met.
- Review and evaluate effectiveness of communications and content to achieve engagement and retention targets.
- Engage and maintain strong relationships with a network of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- As a member of the leadership team, build and nurture an engaging and inclusive community within the cluster you are based. This includes providing information, guidance and support across teams, where appropriate, and supporting onboarding within the Branch.
- Place the customer at the centre of all decision making.
- Work with the Line Manager to develop a meaningful performance development review plans
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skill, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience producing engaging communications content/copy to deadlines for a range of purposes, mediums and channels including websites such as customer focused communications, guides, product information, knowledge articles, presentations, newsletters and campaigns.
- Experience working in partnership with subject matter experts on all facets of content development to ensure the output meets requirements including accuracy, tone of voice, brand guidelines and publishing standards.
- Willingness and ability to travel as per business requirement
- Current WWCC or willing to obtain WWCC
