We are looking for a Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Project Lead, on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FXT), to review our current CoR governance controls and consider a new design and implementation companywide.
This role requires experience in leading a project, to define a solution, prepare the metrics and implementation plan and then execute to the plan. It will require deft use of change management principles to ensure success, which is the optimsation and the embedding of CoR principles in McCains daily work activities across multiple departments from sales and procurement to loading out cold stores and our suppliers and 3PL’s .
About the role
Lead and drive the CoR governance project purpose and principles with all stakeholders including senior management
Review and consider via a 3PL service provider an improved companywide CoR governance programme
Create a network of CoR champions at all company sites and relevant departments
Create a self-sustaining, evidentiary based regime of CoR compliant practices that occurs across all internal sites and departments, and McCain’s external suppliers
Create a central resource repository for easy access to information, resources and document storage
Review existing and/or design and communicate SOP’s and other relevant resources that ensures a consistent companywide approach to CoR
Build and implement a governance register of all sites, departments and suppliers
About you
Minimum 5 years experience leading or implementing CoR principles and practices within a FMCG industry
Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management, preferably relating to CoR
Prior experience within a warehouse/logistics environment is required
Excellent communication skills including working with/influencing senior leadership
Highly competent with Project Management principles and tools
Highly competent experience of implementing change management principles/ techniques
Communication and influencing skills
Self-driven with excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to set and follow through with expectations and commitments
