AddressSixthSense Experiences provide staff for events, whether is a corporate function, weddings, birthday parties or just cruising around the harbour on a superyacht. About this Role:
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Barista to oversee and provide hands-on preparation and delivery food and beverage items and provide prompt and efficient service and collaboratively with the chef and other team members.
In this role, you will be:
- Monitoring functions and services in the meeting room booking system, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of services in compliance with standards and procedures
- Providing waiter service and assist conferences, meetings and private functions
- Clearing and cleaning of tables and food preparation/storage/display areas and equipment
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning on coffee machines and other equipment
- Preparing and serve a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and iced coffee, tailored to your customer’s preferences.
- Previous corporate, hotel, or fine dining venue experience necessary
- High level of professionalism
- Well presented with a high standard of personal and work hygiene
- Latte Art experience
- Confidence and maturity in dealings with high-level executives
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card
Hourly rate - Award rate plus extras based on your experience, performance, client feedback, and SixthSense hospitality demonstrated.
