The Opportunity
Working in a full-time capacity, you will report to the Head of Communications & Corporate Affairs and when in the office, be based in our Camberwell support office. You will be ready to rise to the challenge and “bake” a difference through various activities, including (but not limited to):
- assisting with the development, strategy and delivery of key internal communications and brand building activities both internally and externally;
- building our profile through identifying, researching and developing PR strategies, activities and content;
- developing engaging internal communications through written content and compelling videos.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including our customer services support team, and those seeking sponsorship.
- Assisting with event management and coordination for internal and corporate events.
- Analysing and reporting on communication strategies, identifying opportunities and delivering change where needed.
- Maintain and build awareness of our corporate profile online, ensuring content is always on, relevant and positive.
- Maintain internal systems to support up to date marketing communications are up to date and relevant.

- Having previous work experience in an FMCG or retail environment – even better if you’ve had exposure to a franchise or bakery setting.
- Being degree qualified preferably in Communications or related field.
- Having strong verbal and written communication skills (using MS Office).
- Being organised and comfortable multi tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
- Being authentic, accountable and determined!
