Corporate Community Giving Officer

About the Role:

The Corporate Community Giving Officer is a newly created role, supporting the growth of the Community Fundraising program by building relationships with account management of corporate fundraisers across workplace giving, volunteering and involvement in community events.
This is an exciting opportunity to flex your relationship and project management skills to engage with warm leads and further strengthen relationships with corporate organisations to ensure loyal & long-term relationships are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Community Fundraising Manager to develop, cultivate, drive, and support the corporate giving strategy within the community fundraising space.
  • Build relationships with current corporate supporters and manage workplace giving, stewarding current supporters to drive retention and growth.
  • Ensure effective account management by developing stewardship materials and building engagement plans to nurture those relationships.
  • Drive involvement in community events, signature fundraising campaigns and coordinate volunteering opportunities.
  • Identify new corporate opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Engage corporate staff by developing multiple contact points and effective communications.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in community fundraising, account management, corporate partnerships, relationship management and/or similar.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clinicians, patients, and families.
  • Able to display initiative, is highly motivated with an ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident to engage and present to a diverse range of stakeholders, both in person and over the phone.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and work through multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A genuine interest to work for a not-for-profit supporting individuals and families during vulnerable times.
