- Remuneration: Pro rata for part-time @ Level 5 ($93,859 annual salary for full time employee), MA00100 Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (plus superannuation). Pro-rata for part time hours.

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager with a passion for the work we do, to raise our revenue through the development of new relationships with corporate partners, and to continue to nurture, grow and manage our existing relationships with corporate partners. This role will provide strategic direction across partnerships and be hands-on to drive and deliver the program. It will be responsible for corporate partnerships and third-party corporate events. The candidate should be a confident, capable individual who communicates well and thinks creatively to achieve partnership outcomes for Roundabout Canberra.
The role reports directly to the CEO of Roundabout Canberra and will manage the Community Engagement Officer (who works 5-8 hours per week). They will work closely with the Fundraising Manager.
The role is part-time, working 20-24 hours per week. The structure and days of work are flexible, subject to agreement. The main location of work is the Roundabout Canberra premises in Holt, ACT, with ability to travel within the local community for meetings essential. Flexibility for partial working from home will also be considered where appropriate to tasks.

- Lead the strategy and growth of Roundabout Canberra’s Corporate Partnerships to generate strong and meaningful, long-term relationships to increase revenue.
- Identify prospects, build relationships and develop bespoke partnership offers, including collating written proposals.
- Manage all relationships end-to-end, ensuring terms of partnership are met.
- Support CEO and Board with their role in building relationships with partners.
- Work closely with the Fundraising Manager to constantly improve and update processes that allows each opportunity to be maximised at both the organisation and individual level.
- Manage third-party corporate events and mid-major level donors. 
- Manage Community Engagement Officer position.
- Utilise CRM ICT solution (Salesforce) and Raisely for fundraising activities, and ensure Roundabout is utilising both systems effectively to support activities.
- Support the CEO with briefs and reporting required for partners, Government, the Board and any other purposes.
- Provide support, where required to other fundraising and community engagement activities, as directed by the CEO, to meet organisational priorities.
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills, with demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships internally and externally and strong written communication abilities.
- Capacity to take initiative and think strategically to achieve goals.
- Highly organised and detail oriented, with strong administrative support skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and share information and expertise.
- Ability to work under pressure, react to changes in the environment and solve problems.
- Proven excellence in delivering complex events and project management working to tight deadlines.
- Driver's licence and own vehicle to support prospecting and relationship management meetings, corporate events and donor meetings (milage reimbursement provided).
- Experience in corporate partnerships and/or fundraising in the not-for-profit sector.
- Experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM database.
