This is an exciting opportunity for a professional Concierge / Guest Service Agent looking for consistent ongoing shifts, to join an established hospitality team.
Reporting to the Client Service Manager ss part of the Clients Services team, your responsibility will be to create and provide a welcoming atmosphere to anyone entering the premises. As the first point of contact, you will make people at ease and anticipate their needs.
You will be adept at remembering the main stakeholders, managing security access to the buildings, coordinating messages and couriers, directing visitors, and relaying various messages to the relevant departments.
** Ideally this role requires a commitment to 38 hours per week over a Monday – Friday roster **

- Experience in a customer facing role with a genuine interest in people
- Experience within a corporate environment including reception or concierge services, hotels or front desk will be prioritised
- Advanced Computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional corporate presentation & demeanour is essential
- Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
