About the Role 

The Corporate Fundraising Manager is responsible for assisting in the growth and development of our supporter base and financial resources by developing, arranging, preparing, and coordinating corporate and community engagement and fundraising activities. 

As the Corporate Fundraising Manager, you will develop and manage the corporate volunteering program deliverables, develop, and grow corporate partnerships that result in ongoing funding agreements/scholarships/major gifts/in kind support and a workplace giving program. 

You will have the interpersonal skills, motivation, and commitment to initiate and be comfortable with philanthropic conversations that translate to support, and to also drive our bequest and scholarship programs. 

The role will be responsible for the development and delivery of the stakeholder management plan, corporate and community fundraising and events portfolio. Your role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with corporate and community groups, organisations, and high-value Third-Party fundraisers.

This role will be offered on a Permanent, full-time basis, at our Midland location. 

As a Corporate Fundraising Manager, your duties and responsibilities will be: 

  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support.
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies and plans and communications.
  • Manage the full process of volunteers for all fundraising needs.
  • Manage acquisition, ongoing stewardship, and retention of Corporate Fundraising supporters.
  • Play a pivotal role in the delivery of the organisation’s annual events.

In order to be successful for this role, the applicant will have: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, development and fundraising and familiarity with non-profit organisations. 
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience of the application of fundraising principles and the proven ability to develop and deliver income driven strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills that ensure projects are completed on time and achieve the values and strategic goals of an organisation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial management to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal communications, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in working for not-for-profit organisations in the delivery of targeted KPIs and outcomes.
  • Innovation mindset that is demonstrated by the design and delivery of creative and meaningful projects, programs, or campaigns.
  • Existing strong network to build stakeholder engagement in the organisation.
