Are you a dedicated and reliable individual?
If so, this is an opportunity for you to join us as a Corporate Hospitality Attendant. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining our corporate hubs in and around the Canberra CBD.
This role is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday within the CBD. You will need to be flexible with start and finish times, as shifts will vary from morning to afternoon, a company car will also be provided to facilitate your travel between clients.
About the Role
- Maintain clean, comfortable, and safe kitchen hubs
- Maintain & clean various types of coffee machines, microwaves, load and unload dishwashers
- Replenishing and rotate dry and perishable stock
- Conduct stock takes and place orders on behalf of clients
- Ability to determine areas to improve service standards and share observations and suggestions with the Manager
- Provide front-line triage and solutions to machine faults and escalating complex issues
About You
- Hospitality, customer service, or retail experience preferred
- Able to work autonomously with attention to detail
- Display a proactive attitude, showing willingness to take initiative
- Driver's License (essential)
- Microsoft Office, apps, and systems skills.
- Baseline Clearance (preferred)
- Low level manual handling ability
- Passion for coffee and culture
- Ability to comply with Australian ACT COVID-19 regulations to attend client sites, including vaccinations
