As a pivotal part of this legal team, your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Corporate / Commercial BAU plus there is an exciting new project for you to sink your teeth into
- Prepare, review, advise and assist with negotiations and implementation of commercial contracts
- Advise in the areas including but not limited to corporate law, tech, privacy, consumer law
- Offer strategic regulatory advice, ensuring compliance with evolving standards
- Collaborate closely with the business and General Counsel to instruct external legal providers
- Shape risk management systems and frameworks that contribute to the business’ success
Skills & Experience:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious Lawyer with circa 3-6 PQE, from a highly regarded Corporate/Commercial team, and potentially with in-house or secondment experience. Your previous expposure to Fintech or FS/Technology clients will be a valuable asset in this role.
