- Contributing to the development of Council’s suite of strategic documents
- Embedding performance measurement and reporting into the strategic management framework.
- Facilitating enhanced business outcomes across Sutherland Shire Council.

- Lead the development of regular progress reports to Council and the community including State of the Shire and Annual Reports
- Partner with Managers and support them in the implementation of corporate strategy and Performance monitoring across the organisation
- Provide advice to Managers and other stakeholders in the development of strategies and implementation plans
- Contribute to the development of Council’s suite of planning documents, including the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program and Resourcing Strategies

- Package: $88,000 - $98,500 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation (Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate)
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement.
