Corporate Planning and Performance Advisor

Things We’ll Trust You With:

• Contributing to the development of Council’s suite of strategic documents
• Embedding performance measurement and reporting into the strategic management framework.
• Facilitating enhanced business outcomes across Sutherland Shire Council.
• Being a trusted advisor to the organisation.

Things You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of regular progress reports to Council and the community including State of the Shire and Annual Reports
• Partner with Managers and support them in the implementation of corporate strategy and Performance monitoring across the organisation
• Provide advice to Managers and other stakeholders in the development of strategies and implementation plans
• Contribute to the development of Council’s suite of planning documents, including the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program and Resourcing Strategies

The Fine Print:

• Package:  $88,000 - $98,500 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation (Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate)
• Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement.
