How you’ll make a difference
Our Corporate Planning and Performance Officer plays an important role delivering Hepburn’s corporate and service planning activities, enabling Council to understand and improve on organisational performance and adhere with requirements under the Local Government Act 2020.
You will partner with the organisation to build our integrated planning approach, providing essential training and guidance in corporate and service planning practices, collaborating with Managers, Coordinators and Departments to design and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Our ideal candidate
You will have experience and knowledge relating to corporate, business, and service planning, ideally with Local Government experience.
You will have a positive, engaging, service focused approach to stakeholder relationships that build collaborative and proactive approaches to understanding and enabling organisational performance.
You will have a curious mindset, keen to understand and map process and practice, allowing you to support departments to analyse, assess and make data-driven decisions and change.
