About your new role
Located in the Western Suburbs
The Corporate Planning and Performance Coordinator will oversee the creation, execution, monitoring, and assessment of corporate and service planning. They will also take the lead in developing and reporting on these plans for the Western Suburb Counc
What you will need to exceed

• Extensive track record leading corporate and service planning endeavors, encompassing comprehensive reporting on performance outcomes within a Council.
• Proficient interpersonal abilities, adept at negotiation, motivation, influence, and garnering cooperation and assistance from peers.
• Established connections and networks within the Victorian Local Government corporate performance and reporting sphere.
• Proficiency in employing MS Office suites (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), databases, organizational performance software, and relevant reporting platforms.
• Proven capacity to research and assess innovative planning methodologies, offering recommendations on optimal strategies.
• Tertiary education in Business, Management, or substantial and varied professional experience.
